  • You are either affiliated with an accredited laboratory, university, research institution, or other qualified research facility, OR otherwise possess the scientific knowledge, training, and qualifications necessary to lawfully purchase, handle, and use research compounds

You further acknowledge that certain compounds may be regulated, restricted, or subject to legal requirements in your jurisdiction.

You accept sole responsibility for ensuring legal compliance prior to purchase.

BLACKLIST AND REFUSAL TO SELL POLICY

  • Account termination
  • Permanent blacklisting

Maverick Labs reserves the right to deny service at any time, with or without notice.

NO GUIDANCE POLICY

Maverick Labs does not provide dosing guidance, usage protocols, administration instructions, or medical recommendations.

Any request for such guidance may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent refusal of service

Customers acknowledge that Maverick Labs assumes all purchasers possess sufficient knowledge to independently evaluate products for lawful research purposes.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

The Customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information for all purchases made through the Website.

Maverick Labs reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including after payment has been submitted.

In the event of order cancellation by Maverick Labs prior to shipment, our sole obligation shall be limited to refunding the purchase amount received.

Order Acceptance

All prices listed on the Website are invitations to conduct business and do not constitute binding offers.

By placing an order, the Customer submits an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms.

A contract is formed only when Maverick Labs accepts and confirms the order through written confirmation, order confirmation, or shipment of products.

Maverick Labs reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected misuse
  • Suspicious payment activity
  • Fraud concerns
  • Regulatory concerns
  • Product availability issues

Pricing and Taxes

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Prices exclude shipping charges and applicable taxes
  • Customers are responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, and charges associated with purchases

Payment Methods

Maverick Labs accepts approved payment methods including:

  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Cryptocurrency through approved payment providers

All payments must be received in full prior to shipment.

Orders with failed, declined, or incomplete payment will not be processed.

Maverick Labs reserves the right to restrict payment methods for any transaction at its sole discretion.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to support@mavericklabs.org.

If an order has not yet shipped, Maverick Labs may approve cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has been processed for shipment or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customers agree to contact Maverick Labs at support@mavericklabs.org regarding any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Customers must allow Maverick Labs a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve disputes in good faith.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Refusal of future service
  • Collections proceedings where permitted by law
  • Recovery of costs, fees, and damages as permitted by law

Maverick Labs reserves all rights to dispute invalid chargebacks and provide documentation to financial institutions and payment processors.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Availability

Maverick Labs currently ships only within the continental United States.

We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.

Shipping Carriers

Maverick Labs may use major domestic carriers including, but not limited to:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

Carrier selection is determined at our sole discretion.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Maverick Labs is not responsible for shipment delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Address entry errors
  • Failed delivery attempts

Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only.

Maverick Labs does not guarantee delivery dates or shipping transit times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Government action
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss and title transfer to the Customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research compounds and product integrity requirements, all sales are final.

Maverick Labs does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Products may not be returned once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Improper handling or storage after delivery
  • Failure to review product specifications prior to purchase
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers
  • Customer misuse

All purchases are made at the Customer’s own discretion and risk.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Claims involving damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims must be submitted to support@mavericklabs.org and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of all products received
  • Clear photos of packaging and shipping label
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Approved Claims and Reshipments

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Reshipment
  • Store credit

Resolutions are provided solely at Maverick Labs’ discretion.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued when required by applicable law.

Maverick Labs reserves the right to deny claims involving suspected fraud, misuse, tampering, mishandling, or insufficient evidence.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All products sold by Maverick Labs are provided strictly for lawful research purposes only.

Products are sold “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maverick Labs disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:

Maverick Labs makes no guarantee regarding:

  • Batch-to-batch consistency beyond listed specifications

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maverick Labs’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to any product, order, or Website use shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Maverick Labs be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Special damages
  • Punitive damages
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury resulting from misuse or unauthorized use

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory, including contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

By purchasing from Maverick Labs, the Customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase, storage, handling, use, misuse, and disposal of products.

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maverick Labs and its owner, affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

  • Customer misuse of products
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Third-party claims arising from Customer conduct

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, branding, graphics, logos, text, documentation, and materials are the exclusive property of Maverick Labs unless otherwise stated.

No purchase of products grants any ownership rights to Maverick Labs intellectual property.

Customers may not:

  • Copy Website content
  • Reproduce product materials
  • Use branding without written permission
  • Scrape Website data
  • Use automated bots or crawlers
  • Reverse engineer proprietary materials where prohibited by law

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer use of the Website is also governed by the Maverick Labs Privacy Policy.
